this phone is great! i like it.. the only problem is its speakers, when i play music the sound is not loud enough and i always have a problem with the flex.. i already let it, but now the flex is broken again.. its expensive to let it be repaired.. and very hard to find a repair shop that has its parts. :-)

Hi All,
I've been using this phone since 2008 and up to now 2010. For me, the phone is really great and beside I love this phone being unique though others nt inclined using its features but getting will let you discover more good things of a phone. WWith its Package Software I was able to make it as my Modem temp as well as transfer my SIMS Contacts to my Computer and vice versa. The only it lacks is: FM Radio and Camera Flash. For me though its simple, it's simply the best!!! ^_^

i have a problem about WAP.
once I go to homepage, a white screen appears and what is written is "Sorry, error occured: bad request"
-what are the possible reasons for this? I'm from philippines

I bought this one 2 years ago here in Bulgaria.It came with 5 /!!!!!!!!/year warranty card which i found pretty strange for the price of like a hudred euro.Its been like a month and then i found somethin strange,i saw the promo vid of the fone and i found out that on the back it has the alcatel 'music by alcatel' logo-nothin like that was on mine!
WAS IT A FAKE?OR A SECOND HAND MAYBE?DINNO,I CHANGED IT TO V770

> In reply to jorjortah @ 2009-05-17 17:40 from wc7Z - click to readyou have to bring your phone to Alcatel's service center. it happened to me too. the service center fixed something inside the phone. i believe it's normal for this handset becuase when i showed it to them, they took it with just a few explanation from me and without hesitation nor further inquiry. looks like it happens all of the time.

Been using it for about 18 months, a good one for the price but when the paint on the steel peels off looks ugly. One problem is with contact search.
