i hav dis fon for a month,at 1st when i download video using opera mini or built in browser it seems ok,but now i always got 'invalid file format' even if is in 3gp file.i'm disappointed with this.

Ok people... I got a very special question to you all. As you know Alcatel cares a lot about user feedback... and you have provided that plenty to them... and please keep doing that!
Now however I have something else for you, the future. I mean... what would you like to see in the future from our beloved Alcatel brand. I am asking you people to send me your suggestions for Alcatel and I will forward them directly to the Alcatel product development and design team. You can send me all sorts of suggestions. If you have great ideas for design... show me... if you have certain wishes for technical specifications please let me know... is there a feature you would like to see in the future, email it to me and maybe there will be a new model soon which will have it. You shall have to be realistic in your proposals though... asking for a 10 megapixel camera with 1080P HD recording for instance will not be considered serious and disregarded. Also... if you have a bright new idea which could be nice to add to a phone email it to me and it might end up being used one day.

this phone is hell.....i have this 1....5x repaired by the service center....thats hell...and still now...its on the service center again....rediculous phone......any questions maybe i can help.....email me....jheffreydeguia1986@y.c

Let me remind people that most of the manufacturing company (not only mobile phone manufacturing company) have moved their manufacturing plant in China. This is because they save a lot if they manufacture their product in China rather than in other country because labor cost and material cost in China is low priced. But this does not mean that the quality of their product is not good.

You need to go to an Authorized repair Center and have your phone checkup. Maybe it needs firmware upgrade.

hi i had a problem about this, does anyone can do to solve it?
Problem: The Screen will turn into black color if i will open my mobile. And it will be hang after all. I cant text or even to called-up. What should i do?pls. help me...

it's good phone , but COMPLETLY DIFFERENT from alcatel pevious products like OT-756 as this phone is made in china so it is very weak phone but the old OT 756 was made in france so it stays with me 4 years & never had a trouble but this phone OT-825 i changed its software 3 times till now & after changing software the mobile sound became very low & when i asked the servise center told me that's to not make the spekers break down?!

The German distributor Protel does not list any advanced Alcatel (eg V770, C825, Elle 3) phones on their homepage any more?! Is this just by accident or did they stop marketing these devices?
