Oh my god...please do not buy this phone..I got this friggin !@#$ phone for my birthday and I thought it was fun...well I was wrong. It can't do anything usefull instead of call or being called and after a while not used it hardly turns on or charges!! now I can't really use it....stupid thing.Maybe 5 minutes of use and then 2 days waiting for it to work again. It looks cool but it is quite FAT for a phone and it doesn't even has a camera, bluetooth, mp3, and more...This is really a MUST NOT to buy.

crap crap and again crap! Bought it (my stupidity) because my other mob needed service! thanks God only for a week! bad signal sometimes no signal at all and worst battery ever!

hey is a god phone but is justfor what is a movil and you should know that so the people who want to buy a phone whit nice look and optimize desing this is the phone just for the basics needs

I agree desertfox, Alcatel at least knows what a simple phone should be... Give me one other brand which makes phones you can buy for 39 Euro's that actually looks fashionable other than Alcatel... exactly... the list is short... if not non existant. And for all you feature lovers out there (which I am one of sometimes) there is the excellent mid range phones of Alcatel (the new C series, like the C825) they are incredibly cheap, yet well made and clever. If you want more? Sure... no problem Alcatel is releasing small line of "smart" phones by next year. To please all of our feature cravings.

I've seen the phone myself. it looks nice, unique and refreshing. yeah it does lack features like your so called 3g hsdpa and so on of your hi-techie thingy. is it important to a mobile phone? no its not. it is a phone in the first place. and alcatel only defines it simply for us. this phone should be used as a phone, not as a camera or a pc. some rude and nasty people here keep on bullying those who admire simplicity are not even professionals, i presume. they are just mere show offs. and can i comment something. nokia is the worst mobile phone designer ever. sony ericsson, same old boring bar shape and unappealing clamshells, should i buy a phone that everyone has? i aint a loser to follow the bandwagon of losers. i hope the shoe fits for those who deserve my words.

First of all plug the phone into a powersource, see if it responds at all. Then if it does turn it on by pressing the red button for a long time (5 seconds or more). It should turn on now.

if you want a good phone, and use it as it was intended to be used, buy one. it's cheap, with nice design, and has all the things you need, CALL and SMS.

look all the phone is so good very good battary up to 6 dayz it has very good shap but no performance at all
