You need to activate the USB connection in the menu of the phone before you can add files to it.

I seem to be having problems when playing music on my phone. It seems I can only play my music through a PC using earphones. Is there any other way I can listen to my music using the in built speakers?

rehan ali, this model is designed to play mp3 through headset only. You can play mp3 in handsfree mode if you use OT S853, C701, C825, etc.

We cannot create or download any ringtone for this model. This model can play mp3 songs. Songs in another format like wma, m4a, etc. should be converted mp3 format. Just visit www.media-convert.com for free conversion.

This is an mp3 player so it can only play mp3s as songs, you can however not use them as ringtones.

Tommy: The SD card needs to be formated properly and put in the phone (you can format it in the phone even) connect it to a PC (activate the phones usb connection too!) and wait for a few seconds, your PC will recognise the phone as "Mass storage device" and will install it automatically... then open that mass storage folder and you will see a folder called "MP3" (if you don't make one named like that) copy all your mp3 songs (no wma) inside that folder... now the player should work.

It is just a simple (but not bad quality) in ear 2 piece headset. If you buy the E805 you can plug in your own profesional headset if you like because that has a "remote" which has a standard 3.5 jack, so any headset will work.
