iPad mini for mobility + more comfortable to hold for gaming and video watching

Both have very strong battery backup.

Or wait till Oct this year, might get ipad mini retina.

I have intention to buy this ipad but I want to know if It comes with language settings especially ARABIC. I hop to write in arabic and read arabic wit the ipad. Pls is it possible? What are the available languages and is it possible to TOGGLE?

We just bought an iPad 4th Generation wifi + Cellular and display is amazing. Personal thought, apple is so greedy not being able to share/transfer data/picture to not apple device/computer. You have to be techie to find the run aroound. I guess i'll be jail breaking it after a year warranty expires so i can do more on it like any other android device.
