I want to buy this Ipad .. but ?? it cannot insert SIM !! hOW can I use viber to make a call .. and whatapps to message ?

I went to buy ipad4 in the store and also played with mini....I'm impressed with the looks and built...but I decided to buy ipad4....but I will surely get one Ipae mini 2 with retina display ....:)

i bought ipad mini last week. Its so good. best tab so far. apple is the best.

Im using this ipad mini for couple of days now, so far I'm happy with it but sometimes difficult to connect to my own wifi @my house. Need to reset the network connection. When I did the first charging, it stop @ 90% ....and I have to reconnect the plug..

I ha've a vast array of tablets and if you are looking for something on ios I suggest you get the iPad 4 it has a Better screen resolution but if that doesn't worry you the mini is good and if you have a tight budget and want a high res screen great processor that I faster than iPad 4 and personally I think the screen is better too everything is crisper on the nexus 10 but thats if you don't mind android, I find its more media creation based along with personalisation while iPad is more media consumption based

Hi everyone,
Just got my iPad mini had lots of concern before , but ever since I got it all concerns are gone ! I'm luving it so much , previously I was an apple fan and switch to an android galaxy note 2 ! Still loving the phone , but compare the quad core in note 2 to an dual core mini , seriously the mini is still a lot smoother . Note 2 is quit top of the line and still dual core iOS device still runs faster and smoother ! For those that comparing iPad mini to an ipad4 , apple is targeting a different market for both ! For portability go for mini and for more heavy dutie work ,such as performance , display res, graphics or simply a bigger screen go for pad 4! Just a recommend you'll be more willing to take mini every where you go , instead of a iPad 4 as the weight and convenience to hold in one hand ! If you play lots of games then mini will be more friendly ad oppose to a normal iPad as it become heavy for long term use !!!!!! No regret mini , I'm typing on it right now enjoying every bit of it !

The resolution is low and ppi is lower than ipad 3 or 4, but u wont see MUCH difference and old chip, but it faster than iPad 2. we checked and confirmed.

All iPads only charge with the adapter that come with it.
It wont charge through computer. So its normal, nothing to worry. Its because usb cant supply enuf power to charge iPad (but iPhones will charge).

if u have money to afford for ipad 4, u can get an ipad 4. it faster and better thanipad mini. (in terms of speed, processing power, display etc)
but the ipad mini dint fall short with its premium design n small size.

Decide ur choice based upon the money u have. but ipad 4 is better.

1. Adobe Flash isnt available for any mobile paltforms NOW. so thats a lame comment
2. have you ever used an ipad before? iPad 2 is fast and you cant expect supersonic speeds, coz its jus a tablet, not a concorde flight.
3. 512 mb ram? that is more than enough foa an ios device to wrok well without any lag. Apple's iOS is buttery smooth even in 512 mb ram. u can check it out in any reviews.
4. the resolution is more than enuf to work with. if u want higher resolution spent 170$ more and get an ipad 3 or ipad 4.
5. 5Mp camera... Seriosly you are doing to shoot movies and expecting DSLR quality images from ipad? and you are gin to hold this to shoot pictures in a concert?? lol
6. NO external memory. thats a fact with all apple products to avoid fragmentation of memory. Its an advantage in disadavntage. but still I agree with u in this.
7. NO micro USB? y u want that???? i dont see an use for the microUSB port in iPAD!
8. no micro hdmi..Yes, it wont work without an adapter. Agree.
9. What do u mean by stupid unique apple adapter???????? every device comes with an adpter thats unique to that device. So whats wrong in that???
10. 3.5" jack is a CONS??? you know what that is??? u really want a 1/4 inch port in an ipad??? ha ha ha ha... I think u really dont know what is a 3.5" jack.. right???

Out of ur 10 points, only 2 r reliable... Plz dont troll and post trash about a product if u dono what that is ot if u dont know what u r talking... thanks

Again u compred some netbooks with ipad... I cant laugh enuf. iPad is a tablet, stil it can do more than the netbooks u mentioned.

The normal battery backup can range from 8-12 hours for movies and HD games
You cannot use a 3g modem in ipad mini or ipad (incompatible). however u can use mifi modems to convert 3g to wifi and use it. u can pick one for 60-100$ unlocked.
PLENTY and TONS os free apps n games are available. Also Great paid games starts from 1$.

1. Yes, Viber works fine and its free. You can also try skype, imo, ebuddy, nimbuzz etc.. all r free from appstore.
2. ipa files from internet wont work without jailbreak!

are you sure about viber installation on the model which has wifi as I will not be buying the cellular version. And my second question was for the .ipa files of the paid apps available on the Internet for free. I know that viber is free

you need not to jailbreak it for viber its free on app store .
