"cingular.com" 4gig $499 - 5gig 599... thats before the contract. so it would be around $200 to $250 for the 4 gig.
this is a nice phone. but there are some aspects which which will make it fall short of the revolution it will cause as many predicts. first, it is expensive! if you have a good phone already, is it really worth spending the extra doh (alot too) on this?
two, it is big! although it has great functions, people want a phone that can fit in your pocket without pulling your pants down infront of that hot chick uve been dying to meet.
three, yes yes, i agree, functions are supurb. but havent we all lived relatively well without it?
although i think may kids will bug their parents to get it for them (most being sucessful), i think that we will continue to see the good old brands of samsung, lg, nokia, sony ericsson etc in the majority of pockets around the world.
Why are you guys comparing the iPhone with the likes of n95!!bleeding heck os x makes the iphone a mini pc wheras symbian makes the n95 a bit part smartphone.
this containes every thing a person wants this the best phone for this genration every thing u want ois present in it ... and u can use it in many ways kkkkkkkkkkkkkk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
the look of the phone is very nice ...... but the thing is that u have to takecare of the screen .the damand of apple will go higher as compare to now. and i think apple will make more phones like this in future because this mobile is gretest of all
bla bla .....bla........bla
hi guys, i think you should take into account that this isn't the releasing version. maybe apple is modifying the phone features and even the price. did you hear about that theory of the "mysterious" application? what do you think about it?
i saw this mobile and iam thinking to buy this mobile in 2010. but i have heared its a very good mobile.
it is impossible to unlock if u put it in your bag well because apple is saying that the touch screen only works with your finger and u cant even use a stylus on it so yea
The iphone will be avaliable in july, and will be with cingular and at 2 year priceing will be 499.99 for the 4g and 599.99 for the 8g. hope this helps. but as for out right cost no idea.
is it possible to syncronize Iphone with Microsoft outlook express??
As far as I'm aware prices haven't been released yet so how do you know it's going to be amazingly expensive? It could turn out cheaper than the N95 or LG Prada.
As for paying out expenses for breaking the screen or whatever, that's what the warrenty is for and if it's not covered by the warrenty common sense should tell you to take out insurance for a phone like this.
it maybe the ideal phone for sommebody who does'nt have a problem in throwing away monney...you should consider the posibility that you broke the display...i'll see you happy then....and if you have the monney to buy this phone you will shure have the budget to buy a HTC Shift wich is 30 times better than this one
I personally think this is going to be a revolutionary phone. Yes it will have its qwerks and faults to start off with BUT what revolutionary phone doesn't?
The features of this phone go far beyond what is written on GSMarena and features such as rotating a picture on the screen to fit the angle you are holding the phone are very nice touches from Apple. No it doesn't have a 5mp camera as the Nokia N95 does but why would you need one? 2mp is just fine for me personally as I'm not going to use it to take proffesional pictures to put in magazines or anything.
The only downside I can see is the amount of time Apple are going to take to release this phone. 6 months I can wait but any more and I might just find something else that catches my eye :)
well i think this phone has a really nice screen resolution. but "slide to unlock"??? wtf is dat??? when you put this in your bag, purse or watever and there are other stuff that happen to slide through the screen.. then it will unlock and do all kinds of stupid sht. and scratches are almost impossible to prevent.. unless u wanna use one of those ugly covers. well.. i aint hating on the iphone but i think dis thing is a high maintanance phone. one of those phones you have to like care like your child.. well i aint fr sure.. but lets just wait and see :)
the phone have conference people
I couldnt wait till I got this phone..and now I wished I did..never ever ever again...My Ratings, Touchscreen 2/10, Phone (Basic), Software 5/10, camera 2/10. Phone costs $43 to produce, Nokia n95 $112.
Apple ipods, laptops real good....phones are def not Aples strong point. Way too expensive, over rated. For those who want to get one of these please please play with this phone for 20mins, I absolutely guarantee u'll walk away with no sale.
No point in getting this when it first comes out. Why? First off, 8 gigs is way too little for all of the things you're supposed to be doing for dropping $600 on this thing, and in a year there will be 16 and 20 gig iterations. Not only that, but a 2MP camera is weak for a phone supposedly this amazing, and there's only one camera. It runs off of OSX but no ichat from your phone? No conference calling? BS, there will be that in the 2nd iphone, don't even bother getting this one but no one will listen, who cares.
Looks sweet, wish it had 3g in it, and why would you compare this to a htc shift, two different types of devices!
