It has almost everything and really fast (dual-core CPU). I think it has already a front camera for video calling and at the same time a webcam (2-in-1?) as iPhone 4G is equipped with iChat. But upgrading from 2G to 3GS is not bad all because 3GS is 2x faster than 2G. I've got the 2G since it was introduced on the market and still running perfectly. I really wanted also to upgrade to 3GS but, no surplus money at the moment, hehehehe.
you can turn both wifi and 3G on and off. if you want to use wifi, turn on wifi and turn off 3G. as simple as that.
i bought my iphone 3GS at singapore dollar $168 which is around US$110, it comes with a 2 years contract. monthly subscription is S$58
Anonymous, 20 Jan 2010I have loads of money and bought a phone that kicks iphones butt all day long. The HTC HD2. Nah, htc hd2 does not kick the iphone's behind. It does not support at&t's 3g frequencies so it would only be using edge, lol. So the iphone will actually kick htc hd's behind, lol.
Apple is a perfectionist company, if you look at all the products they are are all state of the art and completely flawless. Thats why iphone sold over 1 million units on its release date. Nokia just cant keep up! I just cant understand why all you nokia sheep cant face the fact and stop trying to bash a product which is better than yours in every single way!
Everyone talks about the iPhone as if its God. So far there have been 3 of these devices and they all the same s***
3G or double memory, don't matter. The outcome is still the same. I'll laugh when the so called iPhone 4.0 (doubt very much) is revealled and its no different.
If I'm wrong then it has to have...
5mp camera with flash
Micro usb port
Normal bluetooth like every other phone
Mass storage like every other phone
Slide out qwerty keyboard (but not too bothered about it)
Full flash browser
Divx and Xvid support
stable UI. Better interface
Put it simple, it has to be like my phone, Nokia N900 but in the iPhone form for me to even consider it
All of you look here nobody can said that the never copy from Moto. iphone is good, Nokia, SE, and so on to day the best phone having touchscreen like iphone thanks for iphone to bring that technology in the mobile world but you would all thanks Motorola because is the first to make a Mobile phone (pioneer). So if Motorola copy iphone to kill iphone don't be hurt because all copy Motorola by make mobile phone think before you write whatever you will say, whatever you will write, Moto is the first to make a Mobile phone (pioneer).

The HTC HD2.
Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970Who hates the N900?
I'm sure lots of people like holding their phone sideways all the time to write messages with two hands and not many people want to use MMS.
Maybe people don't like it because it was released when half finished, like a lot of Nokia phones.

AGmon, 19 Jan 2010Guyz, need help here, on Apple store site, the price says 299 US dollars which is equivalent t... moreHey AGMon, the price listed in the Apple Store of $299 is based on a contract with AT&T. Which means ONLY for US subscribers and ONLY with a SIM from AT&T (They have a monthly payment scheme).
The price listed on GSMArena is based on an unlocked iPhone. Which means you can use it with any SIM. These phones are more expensive. I'm from Sri Lanka and over here the 3GS is about Rs. 100,000... That's about $1000.
Anonymous, 19 Jan 2010its simple, mac is simple n not smart at allMac is so smart it looks simple but there's a lot going on behind the scenes.
A lot of people simply can't see that.

- I have my macbook for a year now and I can say that I haven't had the same problems I had with my Sony, Fujitsu, IBM, HP PC's.
- My MacBook also runs in WinXp where I use some of my office applications that are not compatible with SL.
I'm sorry but I have to disagree with your notion.
AGmon, 19 Jan 2010Guyz, need help here, on Apple store site, the price says 299 US dollars which is equivalent t... moreThe lower price comes with a two year contract (or so) with a network provider. The phone is locked. You can use other SIM cards but with limited functionalities. You can unlock and jailbreak the phone to enjoy full functions while using other SIMs, but then you still have to deal with your contract.
The higher price is the the unlocked version. The phone is all yours without limits. You can freely do the SW upgrade via iTunes.
AGmon, 19 Jan 2010Guyz, need help here, on Apple store site, the price says 299 US dollars which is equivalent t... moreIn the USA the price of the 16GB is $599 and the 32GB is $699 respectively. This is the price to purchase the handset either through Apple or AT&T, however it is locked to the AT&T network regardless. Obviously you can unlock and jailbreak it. The $299 price is a contractual price simply that the accompanying two year contract subsidizes the cost of the phone and offsets it for the duration of your contract. AT&T has offered "high spenders" who are within their contract period a discounted upgrade price of $399 and $499 (when upgrading from previous iPhone).
