To a lot of people, tons of apps & a great web browser are more important than camera features on a phone. Most photos uploaded on social networks like Facebook and Twitter, are taken from an iphone, not the omnia. Also, the iphone was awarded the best smartphone, not the omnia. Just proves that high megapixels and hd capabilities are not given a lot of weight by reviewers, but they give more weight on stability, performance, usability, and practicality.

N900 KING, 30 Sep 2009You must of heard all the buzz lately, about Nokia’s upcoming N900 Internet Tablet right? If n... moreFurther to my previous post regarding music player quality on the N900, here's what the review team here at GSMarena had to say about the 3GS;-
"Audio quality deserves a High-Five
Just when we thought that they cannot get much better in this area and here come Apple to surprise us. The audio quality of the iPhone 3G was almost as good as it gets on a portable device and now with the iPhone 3GS it is simply perfect.
The iPod's bigger brother provides the best sonic experiences on the market with all of its readings simply remarkable.
As far as the improvements over the previous gen iPhones is concerned, the iPhone 3GS sports a much improved frequency response with the other readings almost on par. No one will probably be able to tell the differences in distortion levels for example, but this is mostly because the iPhone 3G performed flawlessly there to begin with."
Perfect sound and an equalizer to boot.
N900 KING, 30 Sep 2009You must of heard all the buzz lately, about Nokia’s upcoming N900 Internet Tablet right? If n... moreHere's some more of the "buzz" I've heard about the unwanted N900:-
"It makes very little sense to review this side of Maemo5 in isolation from the hardware department, so we'll try to focus on all aspects right here. The platform employed by the N900 (and Nokia aren't planning to ditch it any time soon) sports DAC33 audio chipset, identical to the one found in the Nokia N97, meaning that all phones running on this platform will have fairly good audio quality. But unfortunately music-related software has never been the top priority for Maemo, so what we can see in the N900 are merely first steps in the right direction, as its player doesn't even feature any equalizers yet. Another drawback we can't overlook are the on-screen volume controls that are way too small and fiddly to use - in most cases you'll be better off punching the volume rocker mounted on the casing. For some bizarre reason the handset doesn't have FM-radio, even though it does offer an FM-transmitter (that allows you to pick a frequency and broadcast some nonsense) whose quality is on par with other transmitters found in mobile devices - in other words, it leaves much to be desired."
I think you should go tell the Nokia sheep who wasted $700 buying N97's about this phone, I'm sure they will appreciate having to shell out for a new phone after a couple of months.

But people (especially those already own the iPhone) will forever defend this device. I'm glad they're happy with their toys. But it's those arrogant, biased and uninformed iPhone lovers who irk me. I wanted so much to like the iPhone (and I almost got one), but there are better alternatives out there. i8910 FTW.
N900 KING, 30 Sep 2009You must of heard all the buzz lately, about Nokia’s upcoming N900 Internet Tablet right? If n... moreWhy are we still talking about a iphone competitor? The iphone is not match for the i8910 Omnia hd and there are lots of phones released by LG, Nokia, Samsung, Toshiba and SE that are better than the iphone. The only thing that is worth talking about is a apps store competitor.
I see most people who dont`t permit to buy the iphone 3gs claims that is bad and stupid comments about iphone 3gs.My recomendation is to try one and then speak. This is a masterpiece smartphone. And if u don`t have the money to buy it it doesn`t mean that is not good,it means just that you are an ignorant peasant that is envyous on other brand than yours.I had all the brands, nokia,SE,Samsung, siemens, etc.I didn`t said that there isn`t any other phones with more features but i say that isn`t other phones that works as flawless as the iphone 3gs.For me an other couple of million people is the best phone....al the rest can buy second-hand phones and be happy. But don`t lie if you dont know what you`re saying.IPHONE 3GS IS THE BEST PHONE EVER!!!!excuse my english.

Why don't you just stay in the N900 forum? It seems like you post more comments here than the N900 thread. Is it because no one's there? lol. You look like a desparate hater. You really need to see a psychiatrist. Your hate is starting to consume you. You need to let it go. The iphone will be here to stay. Learn to accept the things that you do not have control over and move in with your life. Strive for goodness rather than bitterness. Learn to respect others. Avoid things that upsets you (iphone). Keep away from those things as far as possible. Do that, and you will have a happier life :)
To the people who've got iPhones: you just bought one, you didn't invent it!"
If you've ever spoken to an iphone owner you'll appreciate why that is funny
•Perfect outdoors grill: iPhone 3G S.
•Don’t be afraid of winter , you have iPhone 3G S to warm you!.
•Fast breakfast: iPhone 3G S-crumbled eggs!.
•First phone ever that changes collors from white to brown! (New invention!).
.The list could go on and on…but I think you get my point?
For those that are confused by above “jokes”, iPhone 3G S is overheating, yep it does not even have to be in charging mode…
You must of heard all the buzz lately, about Nokia’s upcoming N900 Internet Tablet right? If not, you don’t know what you’re missing, as the phone is definately shaping up to be great device.
After seeing all the videos of the Nokia N900, as well as the first look at the stylish Maemo 5 interface, could the N900 step up to be a competitor to the iPhone? If you are not too bothered about the N900, then what about the Nokia X6? That has just been announced too and looks like a good option for those looking for an iPhone alternative coz it knocks spots of Kiddy phones
