> In reply to Allan @ 2009-06-14 16:26 from IkcD - click to readare you nuts? 8gb is already a big storage. its not a big deal, that has no connection with the iphone market sales, you are just an iphone hater simple as that. you iphone haters keeps telling everything not improved, why dont you look at your nokia instead? is n96 a big upgrade to n95?LOL thats an ugly upgrade! its good not having a slot card, thats the one big reason why iphone is a faster not lagyy phone like all phones do. it has a built in hard disk, you access files directly! card slot makes the phone lags and slows down specially when you have a bigger file to access! are you an illiterate pc user?LOL!! common get your brain running! its like it is better accessing a hard disk than accessing a usb memory card, a cd or a floppy!
apple dont rip people! nokia rips people!
apple has only 1 phone category! thats an iphone! they sell only 1 phone every year to users to fully enjoy and not worry what to buy, but an iphone.
they dont have anything like e-series, n-series xpress music!LOL thats ripping of money! haha nokia has a lot of category with it being almost same phone!LOL haha

> In reply to Allan @ 2009-06-14 16:26 from IkcD - click to readSo how do you want to explain the N95 8GB then?

The 6500 classic?

How about the 7100 supernova which has "MP3 Music Player" written clealy on the box and 7MB of memory?

All Nokias and not a single memory card between them.

Would you like to explain in relation to your post?

> In reply to Rajeev Sharma @ 2009-06-14 12:58 from 2SZZ - click to readPocket Office is WinMo software, Symbian and RIM phones don't have it either.

http://www.quickoffice.com/iphone

Of course you only need quickoffice if you want to create and edit documents and spreadsheets, the iPhone opens Word, Excel, Powerpoint and PDF files both in the web browser and email applications, which it comes with.

Have they got Quickoffice working with Symbian S60 v5 yet?

Has it got a PDF reader?

I am living in UK and it much expensive than the US, but i think the newtwrok earn a lot. which is O2, greedy network

> In reply to Allan @ 2009-06-14 16:29 from IkcD - click to readHi, i think you are over-estimate apple's business sence.

The reason why they dun have a memory slot will simply be they dun have the technology to do so with their iphone.

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2009-06-14 16:15 from iKvw - click to readThe reason they don't have a memory card slot and never will is cause they can sell more iphones. You can buy this in a 16 or 32 gig.

Imagine someone who bought the iphone 3g in a 8 gig thinking they would be fine for storage then realising maybe 2 or 3 moths later it's not enough for them.

Hmm. I guess they have to buy a 16 gig.

Nokia treats their customers good with the ability to expand the memory with sdhc cards.

How can this is even be considered a new iPhone? It brings barely anything new to the table. It's sad to see how they can release something that is almost the exact same thing for full price and it sells out.

This is why I have started to hate Apple. Not only do they charge you for every bit of ANYTHING from them but they also manage that have these rabid "in" crowd fans that will buy any junk they throw out.

They should do a test and try and sell a ROCK with the Apple logo on it. I would bet all my money that it would sell.

iPhone 3G S is still lagging on following fronts:
1. Do not have Pocket Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, PDF viewer)
2. In Asian region (especially in India), iPhone comes at double the cost i.e. $99 phone will be available at minimum $200. whereas other phones like Nokia maitia its same price world wide. Apple should look into this problem seriously as it blocks the penetration of their mobile market in India (e.g. til date $199 Apple Iphone 3G used to cost Rs 36000 in India which is more than double the actual cost).
