Except for a bit different look, no cons. Definitely update, nothing bad would come with it (unless you're low on memory, in which case you should update through iTunes on your computer)

In almost all aspects, the 5 and 5c are exactly the same phone. Same memory, same camera (except for the slightly better front camera on the 5c) and everything else is the same. If you are willing to pay some more, I would recommend getting the 5s. ...
