How can I downgrade to ios 8.1.2 ...after I upgrade to 8.1.3 ,I found the battery drains fast

Better go for iphone 5s because updates will be frequent and camera is also good on 5s as for alpha it is going to be discontinued in feb 2015, so basically no future support from samsung.
