For those who want to downgrade the firmware, you can use this as guide. I downgraded mine to 3.1.16 from 3.1.17 because I heard there are some issues with 3.1.17. Make sure to backup first just in case.

i Just got it today. India
am very happy with the device.
touch and display is far better than galaxy tab 2.
processor is also good.

my dad just bought me one and was sorely disappointed it only came with the charger!!! I think I have the 8gb one, but can only use about 4gb or so, so far battery life is ok, (has the smart battery saver option) haven't got the time to get a micro-sim to test for telephony function...it does heat up when playing a game for at least 10 minutes or so (Candy Crush!)
