I have just purchased Nexus 7 (2012) 32Gb wifi.
The built-in OS is Android 4.2.
When I first activated/ran the Nexus, it automatically downloaded OS update to Android 4.3 Jelly Bean.
Should I go ahead and install 4.3? Any known downside to this version?

Yes,updated just now to 4.3 in UK.Found advice somewhere:clear - download manager, downloads and google framework services, then restart.Check for update again. If doesn't work do it again. On mine Nexus 7 i had to try 3 times and move on.
