verry good phone especially the built in gps
like the normal garmin for you're car
much better than the other gps software for smartphone's like tomtom for htc
this gps is completly FREE
the phone does not have much feature's like htc but what would you do with all those things you only use email sms photo and mp3 wifi internet and that's great on this phone
and for only 299€ is much cheaper than i phone and htc and you get full gps in return

This phone is killed by the ultra cheap Nokia 5230 with free voice navigation.
The only thing going for this over Nokia 5230 is 3 MP auto focus camera, Wi-Fi, and 0.3" large screen.
Nokia by the way has a more versatile or should I say a SMARTER OS, better screen, has video recording (which by the way G60 doesn't), wider software support etc ... e.t..c...

I checked this phone in mumbai, i like the phone as its got a large screen but lacks in features. the sound output is very poor, but music sounds nice in headphones.

got good connectivity features, GPS , wifi is good, UI is also very nice and big, wish there were more features like radio, capacitive screen etc...

worst part is it takes a long time to start...

Limited 'Call Records', pretty unacceptable for a good volume of internal memory in phone.

Games? Non in phone. (Unless you pay for the EXTRAS in Garmin's site. Or maybe not in Singapore.)

A nice phone but still lagging behind with features. Yes, it is a GPS unit based phone but what is stopping GARMIN and Asus from making it even better?

Car kit's arm is very short...

Updating the firmware will wipe out all your data in calendar, sms and even contacts (thank God that contacts could be imported but the rest are all gone).

If you live in the UK and are waiting for the Garmin Nuvifone G60 to be released then you are going to be disappointed. I have an email from Garmin themselves telling me they will not release this product onto the UK market, but rather cryptically telling me to "watch out for new releases in 2010". I'm a bit miffed about this as I've been putting off getting a new phone on the strength of some of the things it does. It's nice that a major manufacturer like Garmin chooses to keep people so well informed dont you think!!. well sod em theres plenty of other makers out there who can and will deliver something worthwhile. I was intent on buying in bulk for a courier company but now i guess I wont!!

Its user interface hangs, slow response. The Web browser is miserable, you can’t really use your fingers to scroll the page and it freezes the screen. I did not buy it but played with it in an AT&T store. iPhone has the screen based on other technology, it is a capacitive screen and it is better at taking commands, smoother screen scroll and precision at touch with your fingers. Just check iPhone before buying this one.

This phone has the great LBS features & Navigation accuracy built-in which usually I use while travelling, as I can easily find out any thing from banking to food to any hangouts, so its cool..... Only disadvantage I felt is there is no vedio player and memory extension... so ok...No probs while getting all the best feature of navigation and LBS...

This is a great little phone. It is fast and responsive, easy to navigate, and the cradle with built in charger is briliant. It comes with a first class full feature Garmin GPS navigation tool in a smartphone! It was a little pricey at first but I noticed that AT&T has brought the bundle price down and that'a a good thing :p
