the phone will restart, don't release the right soft key until a Hard reset screen appears..

iam also having the same problem. My touchscreen is not working this times after hard reset also. iam not able to reset the default settings through touch pad since i have to enter the password. please suggest a solution for this problem.

The customer has to wait indefinately. I am one of them have booked the same since 180 days. Such Global Company and such low level customer serivce. Next we need to think 100 times before purchasing Asus Mobile.

This is one of the bakwas and useless phone. Even it was gifted but i m very sad by using this phone.

All the features in Asus p320 are very crazy and real romantic but only one disadvantage is there is no radio option.

I purchased a Asus P320 in April and in August I discovered that my Charger was not docking in properly in the Charging Port all of a sudden. Sent it back to Asus they said this is not covered in their waranty. Anyone else with this problem. (reason given Pin was bent and this is customer error).

hey i hv been using dis p320 for past 1 month but it doesnt seem useful at al evn my bluetooth doesnt work wel as wel in d sense wenver i transfer any song or wallpaper or anyoder file from my lapi..it doesnt go since it shows sum FTP service misiin on my cel n dere is anoder pro me facing dat i cnt access net thro my cel tho its conected to wifi...my frndz say u need to cal custumer care for getin it instaled on cel...guyz tel wat shud i do...i think i did wrong by buyin dis fone..its value for money wen al d features in it work..

had this phone for about 9 months, it randomly gets very hot and discharges the battery even when in sleep mode, sent back to asus service center they replaced the motherboard and battery but the problem still happens. has anybody else had this problem?

> In reply to js randhawa @ 2009-10-22 17:13 from 2S%Asome times this happens when battery is weak...tell me one thing...is your mobile goes in sleep mode when its battery is around 50%. or remove the battery and place it on flat surface and flip it around ..if it moves (which is due to swelling of battery) u need to replace the battery. if battery is ok. try reinstalling ROM

> In reply to raj @ 2009-09-06 14:43 from tTNNhi man my asus p320 was also having that same problem as it ws under warenty so i had given it in the service ceneter and the person there told me dat its manin board is gone and we have to change it.moreover its been on 12 oct 2009 i had given it to asus service center and today is 25 oct 2009 even today there main board part is not available and my asus p320 is laying ideal in service center.
