Hi guys! My P 525 doesn't want to work anymore after I install a software KeyGuard from Softpedia, wich locks all the power buttons for my Asus device and now I cannot use it anymore.When I open it it just stay blocked on the blue logo ASUS Rock Solid ---Heart touching :)) Can anybody help me, how can I make it to work ? I tried to install the wm5 again but the device does not want to switch on...pls help .....thanks !

Hello, I am using p52p since 1 year i found vary worse problem its off many time in a day, i have to restart again and again. I do not no why? either hardware or software problem.

The Search program goes haywire after a few weeks.

It works fine when you restore it to factory settings. Meaning, wipe out everything, and start from clean slate. Install all the software you need, and the Search program still works fine.

But after a couple of weeks, the Search ceased to function properly. It can only do searches on a limited basis. Such as limiting the data type to contacts or notes. If you search with "All data" types, it will terminate and show a "We're sorry..." message.

Is there any fix to this bug?

It's a great phone... but they could have placed the joystick somewhere else... i keep hitting the joystick everytime i compose a txt message...

Hi all, I bought my P525 1.5 years ago...now i having problme for the battery status... it fixed at 71% even i fully charged the battery... then yesterday dun know why it alway turn off itself... can everyone can help me on this? today i will try to upgrade the firmware... my P525 original is enflish version can i upgrade with chinese simplified version?

Yes its working very good !!! Evrything is superb!!! First format your miniSD card than extract the files to your card and press together the camera button and reset button than follow the screen!!! Good luck!!

Hey RAJKO...please tell me....I have a P525 in English...bought in Romania...free on any networks...Is the VM6 u posted work on this handset? Let me know pls...everything works ok...GPRS...GPS and everything after upgrading...Lemme know again howto exactly to upgrade. THANKS THANKS THANKS.

Hi all. Bought P525 last year. Good pda. Now having problem with it, when i unlock the phone it, it come on camera and voice command and sometimes it is blocked. whats the problem. can anyone help. thank you and God bless!

Good day to all, just want to ask if i got a wireless G @ home and its working properly on my HP note book, but in my ASUS p525 the signal is full but evry time i serch for any page it tells me the page can not be displayed ??? can any one help me with this.

hi y'all..i am currently using p525 and atom life..yesterday i've downloaded the asus p525 wm6 galaxy rom..after i flashed it to my device..it works like a charm with the new wm6 rom os installed...but the thing is..all the funtions works well except for making calls..my calls either incoming or outgoing will be automatically dropped when it reaches 1 miniute...wats wrong??any idea guys???? thanx

The price is not reasonable until now. It costs P25k here in the Philippines. With that hefty tag, you can already purchase a N82 or the original N95, both with 3G, higher megapixel camera (5MP with Xenon Flash), FM radio, GPS, etc. In fact, SE P990 is a lot cheaper than Asus P525 though it has superior specs. Asus however has the stable OS but that justified the price?Bring the price Asus, a lot of people want to buy it if only the price is accurate for the features.
