I'm using this phone for the past 6months.. its really superb, very gud touch responsibilty. Cheap and worth compared to other windows mobile phone....

Poor plastic body... will get demaged if u drop ur mobile...

i bought this phone 5months ago... this is one of the good pda phone which i ever used...the speed of the wifi and gprs is good comparing to all pda phone... sound clarity is also good dont compare the

i m using this phone for one year now. a very elegent and very good picture display. touch screen mode is superb. speaker sys is not good. speaker sys not to the mark and not laud enough. may find some better option for price u r paying for this phone.

This phone is useless .i prey to other people plz never buy this phone .
if someone give you this phone as gift .then also dont take it.
battery --worthless.
screen touch --useless .
evrytime over heating.
and so many problem with this phone......

I can give the feedback in one line "Never fall for this phone"...

It does many things right, except for the ones a phone is supposed to do.

1. Reception - very bad and we have to restart to catch the signal
2. Battery use - abyssmal not even 120 Minutes on GPRS

Touch screen stopped working after one month in use,took 15 days to repair.

Service support is poor. However has some good points has mentioned by others above.

My Asus P565 purchased hardly 4 months back has started giving problem on right side of touch screen. I am not able to scroll through with help of slide bars, can any body suggest me remedy before approaching Asus's Mumbai service center? I stay at Panvel

The touch screen problem is 100% there in every ASUS P565 and cost of this touch screen at Pune is 2000/- .Summary This phone is absolutely not worth its cost.

Hi!,

I purchased this phone around one month back and the experience is not that bad. Infact, if you use it properly, its a great gadget to have.

Here are some of the good things,

Good resolution, which makes up a good UI overall
Touch screen response is good. (dont compare with iPhone)
Great finish
Pretty fast (in auto mode)
Voice clarity
Browsing

Compromises

Battery drains quickly (well, it picks up after couple of charge cycles)
Average audio quality

Tips to save battery

1. Set network selection to gms (in 2g/3g)
2. Set brightness to 4
3. Keep backlight to minimum
4. Set cpu to automatic mode
5. Turn off bluetooth , wifi when not in use

I agree with you... this is a good phone. However I have noticed that the peiece becomes really hot at times when running on GPRS and even the battery drains very fast when running on GPRS. Apart from this everything looks fine to me. The speed is good and the touch screen is cool... If someone really doesn't need a PPC and is only looking for a fancy phone, P 565 is not a good choice.

If you are in New Delhi, it costed me around Rs2100 (including Rs 850/- service charge) for the screen replacement. It will take 2 visits to NehruPlace...

hi all,
i m sing this phone for last 5 days...i bought it for 15000 in delhi.. i found this phone very very good... the signal strength, wifi, bluetooth is utter smooth and does give any problem... but if u compare the wifi with the laptop's wifi then its your fault because the signal catching capabilities of laptops are stronger than the pda's.. rest, the speed of the phone is also good. being a user of PDA one should have a little more patience....the loudness of songs on loudspeaker is somewhere low than other mobile phones, but on ringer (incoming call) it sounds quite good.

NOTE: BUY A PDA ONLY AND ONLY IF U HAVE NEED OF IT, DONT JUST BUY A PDA FOR FUN AND DO NOT EXPECT A PDA TO BE A MULTIMEDIA MOBILE PHONE. :)

Bad sound quality even you can't hear the ringtone when phone will ring.this phone is not of worth 15k.
