When dockin this tablets and then flippin them open so as to use them like laptops, dont they tip over due to the actual tablet weighin more than the dockin station or keyboard?

Can anyone tell me how the LTE/3G processor is better or worse to the wifi processor, i mean from the point of performance and also compared to the ipad A5X processor

hope this has full phone functions as spec suggests.
all this needs is
- wacom pen with ms onenote
- micro usb charging
- NFC for passing data to phones
- harman/kardon speakers in the dock
