@Neeloy, not sure if you have solved your touch pad problem (I'm assuming this is the keyboard dock touchpad), but in case you haven't, try performing a cold boot with the dock connected to your prime. To get more info on what a cold boot is and what...

My android version automatically updated to 4.1.1. Now my touch pad is not working. How can I get back my previous version of android or touch pad firmware for new version? Can anybody please help.
