Have you tried the battery steps ?
Please follow below steps may improve battery backup:
1. Enable “Power saver” (Settings > Power management)
2. Close services that are not in use (Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS, etc.)
3. Adjust sleep time and brightness (Settings > Display)
4. Boost memory when you see memory consumption is high with no apps running,
5. Check for background running applications, stop/disable unwanted apps, you can manage apps from auto-start manager.

I own this phone. I have recently owned a Note 5 and a HTC One m9. Both had massive hardware failures. The M9 screen broke whilst in my pocket. The Note 5 just died one day and never came back to life. As I cannot be without a phone and cannot wait months for service I bought the ASUS. First impressions are that it runs a lot faster than either the Note 5 ot M9. Camera is better than the M9's which was horrid, but no where as good as the Note 5. That said I buy a phone to be mainly used as a Phone and not for its Camera.
Signal strength is awesome, Battery Life is as good as any of the others I have had, and crushes the iPhone.
This is a great phone at a great price, I highly recommend.

Hi!
I bought a Z3580/4GB, 2 months ago and I had only problems with it. First,
when I switched to winter time it shown me also the summer time. One on the main screen the other on the unlocked screen. ASUS service on line told me to use master reset. I did it. it was O.K., But I've lost a figure of time and I've noticed that the main SIM worked just from time to time. I sent the phone to service three times. They changed four mother boards, keeping the phone in service for 23days. They were'nt able to fix it. Now, the phone is in service again with the same problem. I told ASUS about the problem, but no answer. Now I'm waiting for an answer from Consumer Protection Office. I want to recover my money. The photos were not very clear. I must admit that other functions work well. Anyway, I'll never buy an ASUS phone again. I'm from Romania . My advise is not to buy such a phone. Thanks! Sorry for my poor English.

Issues: Battery drains very quickly esp during heavy gaming and use of 3g/wifi (8-10hrs). 4g not accessible in other areas (PH). Max sreen brightness is still dim when used in daylight.
But i would still recommend this for midrange device users.
