That is KitKat limitation and you can read about "KitKat broke my SD card" etc. articles all over the internet.
In a gist - applications can read from anywhere. But they can only write to the folders they created themselves on SD card. They can't write to folders of other applications.
Is esfile explorer and mx player is working well? I can't move data from internal to sdcard using es explorer and media files are not shown in mx player

Hi Tomazz,have question here...i'm using link2sd and create an ext partition on my external sdcard..so all my apps are link to the external sd card (more free space to my internal memory)so if i want to update to kitkat,and backup all my apps using titanium backup,can the apps restore back all the backup to my external sdcard(the ext partition)or restore back all the apps to internal memory..thanks

On the update change-log, it was only mentioned about fixing of power management issues...

Then press power and volume down at the same time and hold them until phone turns on into DOS lookalike.
Press volume up to confirm you know what you're doing.
Now select Restore from Recovery partition.
Let the phone complete it and reboot. It should load OS after that.

Side note - you need to be on the internet to download the updates via System update.
