ya Rana. u r right. BenQ Sucks. c30 dont hav JAVA, color not 256K, Not work as a modem, pc suit not work, its just a CHINESE phone.

i think this mob is the show piece of BENQ. lots of things are advertised but lots of them r missing.
1. pc suit doesn't work
2. there is no java
3. web cam doesn't work
4. not work as GPRS modem
5. earphone sucks
6. there is no driver without mass storage
7. it's just a hired CHINESE phone in the shell of BENQ.

I dont have this phone. But i want to notify you all that this phone do not have java. So you cant install any additional software on it. Gsm arena give wrong information about this phone. Please check benq's official site. Bye.

the ads said that benq c30 has java 2.0 but i can't install java app on it. is that right? please answer my question.

hey guys i'm useing this benq c30 set, but i can't install mig33 or any jar or jad file in my mobile. pls any one help me. tell me which kinds of file support this mobile??? mail me or call me pls.

sarwar, i don't know if u had already solved ur problem or not. Just in case the answer is 'no', I like to help u. Please read & try to understand what i m saying. -
Ur problem is not clear, but i assume that u r hearing music only by using 'dedicated access keys' given on the top of the phone. But my suggestion is - please press & hold the meddle key given on the top a bit longer then usual [or go to menu>entertainments>1.Music player].
Here u'll see a display designed for music player. I m not going to describe everything but only ask u to select/click the icon shown at the left-bottom corner of the screen. Than u'll be able to see the list of all songs in ur mobile and also 'Option' at the left-bottom corner of the screen.
Again i ask u to click this option so that u may see a list of options. Go to '5.settings' and press 'ok'. There u can see some interesting features for ur music player.
U need randomly shuffle ur music list during playing!!! If so, than press the down key & u'll find 'shuffle' & by pressing the right key u can turn the option 'On'. Now press 'ok' & u'll get ur nice randomly shuffled music list. U cann't see actually but have to fill it while playing the music.

Fais, i don't know if u had already solved ur problem or not. Just in case the answer is 'no' - u have to go to the 'option' (left-bottom Corner of fmRadio Screen), u'll find '4.Settings' & in it u'll see 'Loud Speaker'. U have to turn it 'on' & then u'll get ur loud sound. Have fun

It was a cool phone with very loud sound because it's dual speaker. But the speaker is not so durable, Some mp3 format can't be played. And the E-book reader just able to read .txt format.
