Its main problem is headphone. Sound quality is very bad in headphone. No java support. And 650mh battery is just not good enough for music support.. all though i can give 7/10.. BenQ should look into these facts..

* TRY TO INSTALL JAVA BY CHANGING YOUR WAP OR INTERNET SETTINGS PROPERLY.
Mind you that wap and internet settings are a bid different.
contact your service operators.

*Create a folder in your phones memory named "java" and copy the example.jar (java files)there.
now browse from your Benq c30 Files directory to that folder and open those files to install java applicaations

use xilisoft converter, choose .avi format. (not the divx)


summary:

video settings:
video codec: mjpeg
video size : 124 x 104
bit rate :800 kbps(i used max)
frame rate : 15 fps max.

audio settings:
audio codec: pcm_s16le
bit rate : 128 kbps
sample rate: 8000 hz
channels : 1 ( mono)


n.b. : you can only change the bit rate to higher or
lower as you wish...lower rate reduces file size.
