BenQ M300 is a smart mobile set. It have some drawbacks:

1. It have no Zoom.
2. It memory is very low.
3. It have only one format of time.

Overall it have good coverage.

Someone help me on getting the latest OS for M300. The one I have has some bugs in it. When there is a new message from my CSP, the phone alerts me with correct name; When I opened the message later and scrolled down to see the sender, it showed me the name of the person next in the list. Also the same problem occurs when I get a call when scolling in the message list. The name of the person next in the list appears as the caller name. I dont know whats happening?

If there is a patch, or new OS, someone please nopify me.

Hi, I'm having only one problem...
My phone discharged, i tried to recharge it but it doesn'tturn on:(

I brought M300 in October 2005. Since then I encounter problem of dust gathering behind the display screen. The fine dust particles appear to be coming from its lower right corner of the display. I returned the phone for cleaning in Dec 2005. By Jan 2006, it has started gathering dust again. Again I returned to BenQ who informed me that they had cleaned it and replaced the front panel. Now March 2006, the dust under the display screen has become more prominent again. Just spoke to BenQ Service Manager and was informed that it is normal. Or is it a manufacturing fault? Hope someone can enlighten me on this problem. It is getting tedious and tiresome to keep sending the BenQ phone for cleaning. Thank you.

its really exciting,cute,fantastic but i want to ask many questions abt it,,can anyone help me plzzz
1.how to switch off its clicking camera sound?
2.frm where i can buy its data cable in clifton(karachi)shop name?
3.wht that cable called???
4.is there casings(covers)available for benq like nokia???
5.taking lots of pics at a time can affect its battery plus playing games can affect its working??
6.wht r the precautions to be taken for m300?
plzzzzzzz answer all my questions as soon as ppossible

this phone is bad bad bad
1.doesnt have zoom
2.memory sucks only 650kb
3.no infrared bluetooth
4.the data cable is so expensive
5.no video no flash
6.boring games

guys only finding data cable isnt d problem bt evn m facing technical prob in my fone evn after giving it to a repairing shop n d data cable shd b provided to all mobile shopping outlets like anyother nokia or else companies n evn d body of dis m300 fone is tough to find. i more as a critic so nt 2 forget to tel u that it really has gotlow memory n no upgrading options r avilable. if anybdy find answers 4 me is surely greeted.

I think that m300 is a pretty good phone but i can't find ani accesories(data cable, hand free) for it. if anyone can help me, please send a mail

Benq Mobile Data cable is too expencive. and benq service is also not good

I purchased a tone and though I received the message with the tone (I heard the incoming message alarm), I could not find it anywhere in the inbox. Can anybody tell me where to look for my tone? And once I find it, how do I install it so that my cell will sound like the new tone when it rings?

this phone has been giving me headache for a few months. though it looks good, the data cable is extremely expensive and the service in our area is really very hopeless. in the service centre,no one helps to download these photos to a CD. as a whole i am fed up. if u can do any help, pls inform

I have been very much interested with this kind of cellphone.But I have lost my chager,and on the area where i am {East Africa] there is no chager especially in Tanzania.So how can you transfer it to me,and what the cost.And other things is battery all together you can transfer it to me.Thanx and bye.
