Even I' m looking for some service centre in Pune / Mumbai. Could not get at one location in Mumbai. Let me know if you find any help. Thanks!

i have been using benq S660C for almost 3 years now.I never had any problem with it.Its handy,cute and easy to use.Lot of ppl still ask if its the new phone in the market.But lately am having problem charging the phone.Dnt know if the problem is in the charger on the socket on the phone.Looking for Benq service cetre in Pune.

BenQ was my Best!!! U beliv it or not it has no problems evn when fallen from a height ... but repeated falling is an exception, any mobile breaks don if don so... it has no problem even if water entrs... believe it or not its once fallen in a comod... very sad.. but worked fine evn aftr tht.. ive had it for two years now.. lovely cool batiful cute mobile... It stayed for 2 years with a grl who used it very roughly made it fall many times too...but Unfortunately today became its last day since it slipped from my hand and the lid came off.. feeling very bad...;(( missing it so much...so guys handle with care any asset u have.. ul know its value only after u lose it:)

i had a benq for about a year here in romania didn't nkow much about benq,but it's a great phone very littel problems allmost none . If you want to buy a relly good fone just for talwking and a littel bit of fun you should really go for this one!!!!

hi...i'm from philippines..i have a s660c..my father send it to me from taiwan.. it's a good to display..nice graphics.. but i don't know if it can receive picture so i can use it as my wallpaper.. and i don't know if it can be compatible in network i am using here in philippines..

please help me..

a good phone to use for not more than 8 o 12 months.The only thins good is the sound and the display.

i have been using it for the last 2years. it was alright but now for the last 4 months its front display is missing almost completely. i am looking for a service centre in kolkata. if anyone knows it please inform me.

i have been using BenQ S660C for an year.recently,i am facing problems like phone restarts automatically after a wile,and now i am not able to even switch on the phone.I have been looking for BenQ service center in Bangalore for more than 2 weeks but could not find one.so if any one knows where BenQ servicing is done in Banglore Please Let me Know.

This GSM is fantastic! I've had six Alcatel's in ten years and needed a second GSM - bought mine on eBay from a guy in Holland who was upgrading to a hyper-complicated BenQ-Siemens.

As I own a BenQ FP731 TFT for my PC, a BenQ Joybook S72, and a BenQ DV3251 LCD TV, I decided I'd go for a BenQ GSM; best decision I ever made! Love it, and what's more everyone who has seen it say's "...that I want".

Features are excellent, the 'Template' function is brilliant! It's a hyper-friendly GSM, and, after ten years with Alcatel, I have to say, it's (as REM said) 'the best thing since bread came sliced'!

The guys at BenQ Europe have a 'low-profile' in Belgium (very difficult to find suppliers); they should do something about it :-)))

Buy it!!!

I am using 660C for more than an year. Its really a sexy mobile. It turns everybodies head. I have not faced much problems with it except that the cell sometimes does not receive call inspite of being active. The caller on the other hand receives a message that the cell is switched off. well after reinstalling the software i did not face the problem but still once in a blue moon it does happen again. Battery back up give me three days at a go (good enough).

I am using S660C since, this is a first mobile i am using and be to be very informative but some time i face the mobile hangs up and i cant make out hat is the problem and the mobile dos'nt take any incomming calls or a incomming call ringtons but the incomming calls stores in miss call dosent know what is the problem and in case of emergence if i am not able to attend the call what is the use of mobile. please guide me a right solution.

I actually don't mind this phone, however, I do have some problems receiving texts. It can sometimes be hours or days later when I receive the text in. It's not fun when you are making plans trust me. My most recent problem is that somehow the ringer has turned off and I can not figure out how to turn it back on. Does anyone know how to turn it off of silent mode? I have tried all my settings and this doesn't seem to work. Help please!!

the phone that i have is amazingly beautiful!!!!got class and its all that i need.the white one is clever looking and so damn great.....

I bought this model and had it with me for quite sometime. Things i liked about the phone:
- lovely features
- ease of operation
- colour

and now the major problems i faced with the phone:
- the phone just goes into a coma (it hangs)...this happened many many times. I could receive the signal and all other features would work, however I couldnt receive/make any calls or texts!!! In times of need ppl could not reach me as the calls went directly to my voicemail. I on the other hand never suspected that the phone was not working. Only if i restarted the phone would it work. Believe me it became a routine everyday!

This is a MAJOR flaw in the phone. Whats the use of a mobile when it does not make/take calls???

- The battery life is pathetic. Even with the least usage it hardly lasts a day. I had to charge it every day without fail.

I had paid more than £120 for it and found it frustrating that I could not return it (was traveling). I couldnt wait to change this phone and I dont think I will ever buy or recommend a Benq to anyone. I wish the company wakes up and takes notice of these flaws.
