FOR ALL BENQ USERS
I had bought a Benq S670C Last Week. I got the usb Cable and CD. But When I Try To Install The Drivers, but it wont work. " If you had the same problem!!!
-Then try this way: First you had to download the Motorola Mobile Phone Tools. Then Download It. Then Install The Benq S670C Handset Manger. Then you open The Motorola Mobile Phone Tools, It will detect your mobile phone. It will take nearly 60-90 seconds. Then you open The BenQ Handset Manager. Now You can Exchange Files from Hanset To Computer Easily.

Ive got the USB cable, so where do i get the handset manager ? Ive only got the cable.
And i only find the Serial handset manager wich uses the COM ports not USB.

i just bought this phone but lost the manual.
i tried the benq website to download the manual but the website is not that good and i cannot download it. Can anyone tell me where i can get it?

Its a gre8 fone for sure. Lemme list the good and the bad things for evrybody's convenience.
Bad things 1st:
1. Speech volume too low.Cant hear it even if backfground is li'l noisy.
2. USB to SerialComm Port Driver doesnt work.
3. Connecting to computer with outdated drivers is nightmarish.
4. Driver update is not available anywhere.
5. Predictive text is horrible. Typin speed becomes really low.BenQ need to change that fast n give us a free upgrade!!!
6. Difficult to load games!!
Good Things:
1. Loads of features.
2. Lots of useful short cut keys.
3. Supports most open formats.
4. Good resolution of screen and cam in the day.
5. Good ringer
6. Very sleek design
7. Good reception and clarity
BUT ITS GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY!!!!

Hi, I have just purchased thos phone not a week ago and would like to comment on it, a gr8 phone, everything was provided with the box including the datacable, software and handsfree.
the display is considerebly bright as compared to similiar models, downside is that screen is small at 128 x 128 for a calmshell, otherwise good resolution
camera is pretty good in well lit situations, blurry in dark rooms
lots of features available such as 10 minutes of memos, voice tag, caller ID, to do list, calendar, organizr, wap browser, JAVA games support, composer, animated gif support etc
one downside I found is the speaker volume, the pre-built tunes are loud and clear but when using general purpose tunes of my own I found the speaker lacking, probably cant hear it on a busy road
another thing which I wanted to ask as well was that I have found majority of the java games incompatible with this phone, it comes with one preloaded mobimon java game and 3 more apps on the CD. but besides getting very simple games to work (like pong, checkers, spruce driver and tennis) the other games dont seem to work, and end up with "unexpected error" while loading. The manual says to upload the software again to phone when this happens but I have tried it again and again to no awail. so cant play any kool games like carsh n burn and fifa 2003
I consider it a pretty good phone for the price it is offered, the camera I have seen has better image quality than sonyericcson t630 which my friends have and is considerebly expensive
the only downsides are : speaker volume for custom tunes and java incompatibility
if any one knows any other games that work on this phone please let me know

I have this phone as an O2 X2. On O2 website it says it has predictive text, but I can't find out how to turn it on (if it does have it?) Does anyone know if it has, and if so how to turn it on?
O2 are being quite unhelpful about this so far!
