good benq for A series,its better if give light,40 mb memories,3D stereo and TFT color screen, for basic phone nothing camera

No that BenQ-Siemens still sucks bro is the third phone that they have cancelled in more than like 10 months period.You would find more useful info if you like here: http://www.siemens-best.com
