For crying out loud... you need a SD-card! With a lot of offers you get one free... I myself bought a 1GB SD-card to go with it. I just wanted an affordable phone which can call, text and it had to have an mp3player. This phone meets all my requirements.
BenQ-Siemens created a phone for the people who don't need fancy W800i's etc. Thumbs up BenQ-Siemens!

hi can anyone help me ive bought the siemens e61 phone today and i love it but i just
cant get the software to load onto my computer when it says to take out the usb
and put it back in nothing happens its
supposed to say continue or something and
theirs just nothing there, also i went to
the removable file and tried to put an mp3
in maually and it worked but when i looked
on my phone it said it was empty can anyone
help.

i'm thinking of buying this phone, so is the sound quality good? its only 40 channels instead of 48(most phones now have 48) is this enough? also can music be played loud with the head-phones?

I sold my client this cell, a disappointing result, no bluetooth. May I ask how a cell phone carrying a card slot, cannot have bluetooth?I also spoke to BenQ-Siemens, and found that most of the consultants there dont know much about this cell. My advice is that this is the age of bluetooth as a standard feature, plz catch up! 1MB internal memory is seriously shocking as a feature.

For what I want which is to make calls and play MP3, this is perfect, forget the camera unless it is for the wallpaper.
Easy to use, very easy to live with.
Can set favorite mp3s as ring tone without having to pay a fortune.

That means can store 1mb on 1 mb space u cabn drop a mini-sd card of 1 gb in ur fone and then u can store over 100 mp3's

it can hold up to 500 songs but it hasent got bluetooth thats crap sorry bye

Hi, can anyone tell me how much MB worth of music u can store in this fone? The inbuilt says 1 MB...what does that mean? And is this 512 MB that people have talked about additional cards or what? Pls advise...wanna buy this fone! thanks

hey i have just bought this phone and im am trying to put the music on to it but it keeps on telling me that the memory is full or when i try to copy the music on to it, it wont play.its also telling me, when i connect with the mass storage that its cant. im confused can some one help me or am i supposed to go to a phone shop and get it fixed.??????

This phone is dedicated to MUSIC only. Just imagine MP3 player+ cell phone, that is E61.Btw, the best sound still come from Sony W sereies.

OK. This phone CAN'T be added by JAVA applications!!!! When you buy this phone, u will get miniSD 128 MB / 512MB external memory.
There is NO VIDEO, IRDA or BLUETOOTH in this phone!!!!
it's simplify to use, just plug the data cable to your PC and then transfer the MP3/Pict.....so easy

iv bought da benQ siemans e61 an im findin it quite hard 2 transfer mp3 files of mi pc can u plz tel me how i do it great fone thou benQ siemans like da wedge style an mp3 keys on top

It doesnt have vedeo, and voice memo. Whay is it posted here as if it has so. you can not benefit any thing by cheating.

i just bought this phone today and i would reckomend it to anyone its perfect its got everything u rlly need the only thing its missing rlly is bluetooth and thats not rlly a major loss...mine came with a 512MB memory chip which is pretty good...so if ur lookin for a new phone BenQ-Siemens E61 is the way to go
