I was taking picture and the camera suddenly stoped working and it said operation adnormal retry what can i do to make my phone work

Awful contraption !! after fully charging , I am lucky to get 2 hours (without talk)before it runs out of power

Yeah I think it is, I got it quite a while ago. I like the design, I just can't find the other bit to the charger!

my mom give me a this phone....
1 month ago....
i wish my mom doesn't give me this kind of phone becaus..it doesNT HAVE A VIDEO...
and when i didnt turn this off in the night even if its full charge... in the morning it battery low and i dont know why...
i erase the games in my cellphone because its not challenging and nonsense........
i wish my mom will buy me another cellphone...my friends here in the philippines always says its cute but i dont want this phone...

mi mum had this phone nd i HATE it..... the memory is rubbish, its very bolky, the buttons are horrible..... nd it stops workin after a few months.
PLZ DONT BUY IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In fact, the ef61 is a big mistake from siemens. d radio doesn't work, battery life is poor, headphone & charger didn't last long. in fact i conclude, this is d worst phone i have ever laid my hands on. PLS DO NOT BUY & if u already have one, find a way 2 dispose it or just throw it away & forget u ever used it.

if warning message "operation abnormal please re-try" appears after shooting picture, just connect the phone to the computer, then format the memory card using windows. after format finishes, disconnect the phone from computer, then format the memory card again using the phone. my phone works well again after it.

man, i've regreted why i bot the phone every time i see it coz apart from the looks the features it promises r not there,
no fm radio, video and u need the microsd for camera , mp3 player!!

yes, i have one too and i bought a 1gb card slot and it works. try to switch off the phone and then turn on. at the beginning it cant see the card but after i switched off and turn on, it works!! try that!!

Does this phone support 1GB microSD as it is posted on http://www.benq.com/products/m...ecifications ?
I tried with 1GB card and it can't see the flash.

i bought the phone for my daughters birthday she loved it then, 2months later it switched itself off never came back on iv rung siemens there basically not interested would not recommend this phone at all sorry.

I have had this phone for a year, its good but very slow not much memory and keeps freezing! the whole screen has gone white,it has all my important numbers on. Does anyone know how to get it working agen??

i got this phone last decem,ber and i have had trouble ever since! the memory card went up the shoot and then the headphones and i cant find anyone who is selling just the headphones i want a new phone and cant get one until 2009! :( if you get this phone but the three year garantee otherwise you will be stuck with a faulty phone!
