i think dis fone is nice and pretty but everything is really slow but for only £30 wat can you expect

Phone freezes alot. Very slow texting you have to wait for the phone to catch up with you.

Very pretty, but terrible, tbh.

Not impressed unable to use mp3 player since i bought it would change it if i could afford another one no customer care at all CRAP

I bought this phone for my daughter for xmas and the phone has stop charging i sent it of to have it repaired, i was told that the charger block no longer works but it canot be fixed as BenQ has gone into liquidation so no repairs or parts available anymore....do not buy this phone crap!!!!!

Hello! My mum has one of these & whenever she tries to send an mms to anyone it just keeps saying memory low, memory is not low tho! When u go to memory status there is about 98% free!! Has anyone else had this problem with this fone? If so is it fixable? What did u do?! We dunno what to do with it!! Also, yeah the mirror has a mind of its own!! Thanx in advance to anyone who can help!!

i have just ordered this phone and im not sure i want it now because it seems really bad. the place i bought the phone from dont let me refund and my mum would kill me because i was begging her to buy this phone for months!!! i bought it for £30 on speed auction tv. what should i do?

i got this phone in september and now it is april and it crashed on me and wont turn back on also it needs charging everyday. I agree with the fact that in daylight you cant read the screen when someone rings me they cant hear me because the reception on this phone is soo poor dont but it i used to love it but now im getting a new phone because this has so many faults

i got this phone for x-mass & it broke in march had trouble with receiving txts wiped music clear finaly got another fone from virgin vk4000

I was thinking of getting this phone from woolworths, but it seems like everyone is cutting in down so am abit 50-50 on the situation. I have bought a phone from woolworths before which was the samsung s401i and I completely hate it. I have serched this cell phone and it says that it has video but many people have said other wise. The most important thing is... does it set mp3`s as ringtones, thats may main concern because I cant do that on the phone I have now. If there are any other downfalls about the phone or even good things about it I would really like to know.

I had this phone for xmas i totaly agree the radio doesnt work, theres no video, it has really short battery life, i cant get songs on my mp3, i cant change my ringtone and twice it has completely wiped off all my photos recordings and songs, it has frozen on me too and you cant see it in daylight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!AGXXXX

Hi paul

Although i no longer have the phone, i encountered the same problem with it before it completely broke down on me. When i contacted the customer services helpline about the "operation abnormal" messgae with the camera they told me to take out the memory card and buy a new one. true this will make the camer function properly again but this will only last a month at the most before it breaks again.
You are better off getting a new phone, trust me.

I've encountered the same problem with my Siemenns EF61 when taking photos i.e. "Operation Abnormal - Please re-try". Did you manage to find out the reason and more importantly, how to fix this problem.

My Mia is absolutely fabulous.
The only thing that lets the phone down is that new words added to the T9 dictionary do not stay in the phone when you turn the phone off so you have to enter them again when creating an sms or mms.
Only answer would be to leave the phone on forever and keep charging it.
Otherwise i give the phone a thumbs up for reliability.

I got this phone as a birthday present in december 2006 and by february 2007 it was broken. the problems i had with the phone again regarded the phone losing connection with the additional MicroSD card. I had major problems with returning the phone but finally won my case against the siemens customer services line and was granted a full refund by woolworths. as a warning to mobile phone users across the globe- FOR YOUR OWN SAKE, DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!! it will cause you nothing but stress and anxiety. I am now searching for a new phone so if anyone has any recommendations i would be most grateful.

I have this phone and think it's great as i won it in a raffle. i do agree about the battrey life and that you can't see the screen in sunlight, just lucky i live in the uk. i did try and put bigger memory in it but have had notning but problems as it says not existed. any ideas how i sort this out.
