this phone is so nice, but now i cant even accept incoming calls without it cutting out. (if anyone knows how to fix this problem, could you please let me know via email & also does anyone know where you can get any technical support for this thing and how you can get the syncroniser to work with it)i am getting fed up with it. you cant see the screen in daylight, the theme cant be changed without the phone resetting itself, it needs charging everyday, you cant get your own sms messege tones, and it has no video, even though it was clearly stated in the features. i look around for this phone now, and its gone and although i know it is a special edition phone, there should be something on it that i can find to help me with my problems. The benq seimens website were not helpful as all they sent me was a phone number to call them, when they could've answered all my questions in my email. altogether, this phone is pretty bad and im hoping to change it.

i got this phone in september and now it is april and it crashed on me and wont turn back on also it needs charging everyday. I agree with the fact that in daylight you cant read the screen but as many faults as it may have i still love it

I have to agree with the previous post. I have had my EF61 for months too and I hate it! I am not able to send/recieve mms as it isn't supported by T-Mobile. The FM radio/ MP3 player it boasts require a special headset (not the one supplied). I could go on and on. Worst phone I ever had and a complete waste of maney.

I got this 4 xmas and its soooooo rubbish!!! Never had a phone thats worse than this one. Battery needs charging every day!! Signal is almost non existing. Cannot see a thing on the screen in daylight!!!
SHAME ON YOU BENQ SIEMENS!!!!!!!!!

My phone is amazing BUT when i play anything on the MP3 it just turns itself of and resets and then loses the background!
Also cos im a moblie freak and use it loads its getting worse and now you cant get the memory and have to switch it on and off. i did get a new memory which is a gigabite but when i put the old one in it doesn't work at all and the memory just doesn't work. SUM1 please help!

i broke me motorola l6 fone, so got this for 50 quid which is reasinable. i was however disappointed as i was mislead as woolies specified it had 1.3 mp camera and in small txt with video and zoom. it didnt have video!!! and i was so disappointed coz i never got to film anything from crufts where i was going to the following day. otherwise, its great. might swap for a sagem my501c instead which is worth the same but has video too.

i got this phone for christmas i love it. but i can't get the fm radio to work,plus i cant get any songs on my mp3 player.or yes plus my bluetooth does't work.can any one help.

this phone is lush, but i cant send or recieve picture messages, i cant use my blue tooth and i cant listento the radio as it says the handset not ready please can someone help me ive had it for months now and its starting to annoy me, ive already taken it back to get fixed by car phone warehouse and it came back worse as now none of the above are working and the mirror button doesnt work either.

i got this phone for my birthday. i am really annoyed, aswell as disapointed because i cant seem to change the theme without the phone switching itself off. it also doesnt seem to connect to the software that it came with and i cannot find the radio headphones that i need. apparently, this isnt even in the uk...i have emailed the benq company with these issues and if there is anything there that i can help anyone else with i will. but overall this phone i good, but , there are just so many problems....

Three months after i got this phone the time and date stopped working, it's completly frozen and the time keeps reseting to 07:00. Also i can't change the theme to mystical purple case' when i try to the phone swithches itself off. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAND the radio doesn't work either it says headset not ready. And i find the battery life really short. Anyone have any advice for these problems.

I got this phone for crimbo and i love it!! The only problem is it doesnt take videos and i dnt know how yo work the radio but appart from them this phone is WIKID!! My addvise 4 any1 is... BUY THIS PHONE!!
