Hello there ! I bought this phone last month and I 'm quit happy with it but only some thing which is annoying me about this phone. I have problem when I take photo by the phone. I have 2 problems as follow:
1. After I take about 4 photos the phone will say that the file is failed can not save.
2. I'm a Norwegian and I need to type in Norwegian but this phone doesn't have some norwegian letter. Is anyone can help me with thes 2 problem ?

hello all!!! i just read yours opinion about this phone and i belive that is a nice phone but it has problems with software and batery.... i,ll buy ef81 because in romania it,s price is 60 euro

if you change firmware of this phone you will get very good phone.I install russian firmware V58 and it work fine,much faster and with some new software inside like acrobat reader etc.Just be smart and before you start instalation take out your sim card(can be damage)

For the stand-by time according to the user manual the batery will last 300 min. not hours.

I bought this phone but bluetooth is not working. When I try to activate it it says "adress not set" . Can someone help me?

i have my EF81. My battery failed some time ago. i do not even remember the specifications of the battery. Will you please give me the specifications of he battery and where and how I can get the replacement. Remember I am in a place where I cannot use any form of a credit card.

I have a Benq Siemens EF81 that I have not used from 2007 and when I restarted it this year, the phone could not unlock because of the phone code and master code which are not accepted by the phone, how can I get the phone to work again? I misplaced the software.

I have this phone and the FW48 software is nothing bud junk! But when i downloaded the FW58 Russian software the phone got 5x faster! If you dont like it bicause it's slow try Firmware58 it fixes all bugs and speeds up your phone to the max!

If anyone have problems with viewing diabled/miss/recieved calls, remove the SIM card, and replace with another, then change it back, and you'll start viewing them.
If anyone have problems with mp3 files, you must know that the phone read's fiels from PC if you send them through BT (through cable i don't know, I don't have it), from nokia phones only from Smartphones, and all Samsungs, rest of phones I don't tried.
