I found this phone to be very comprehensive in terms of what it could do. The features, usability and overall battery life are outstanding to say the least. thumbs up 10 out of 10.

it seems like an alright phone to me. does what i want couldnt give a crap about bluetooth or infared. only use it for calls and texts.

i really hate this phone it's super crap.
no blueotth or infrred.
and mines falling to bits the slide has broken of and the back cover has snapped of and i havent dropped it or anything yet onlyhave had it for a monthor tow.

Hails, I don't know what Big W catalogue you are looking at but they haven't advertised this phone as having bluetooth in any of the catalogues it has been in. It sucks for you that it doesn't have it, but it's not the shop's fault.

The phone haven't bluetooth and infrared the only way to move information it by usb cable and if the phone says wrong infomation or it has nothing on the memory card chek your cardslot or the memory card for loose wire

can any one tell me how to move the music that i have added to my memory card to the music player. I have tried but the phone just says that the folder is empty. it says this for both the phones memory and the memory card. i can access it normally but not in the media player.

I just bought this phone at Big W , why was this phone advertised saying it had Blutooth, is hasn't got it , here i was hoping for Bluetooth i take it out of the box ring up to Activate it and doesn't even have Bluetooth, why Advertise faulse information with the phone??????

This phone does not have bluetooth, this is an Optus exculsive phone. i work at Optus World.

It's not the best phone if you like to customise everything - there are no themes and stuff like that but it's still pretty good.
There are also a lot of files already on the phone which are useless like .dzt, ,msf and .vis files (which I don't know what it is for at all...)
The camera is OK.
And there is NO bluetooth. The stores must've made a mistake or it must've been a different model...

It does have bluetooth beacuse i saw it in BigW, Kmart and Target with bluetooth so you guys are lying that it doesnt have bluetooth
