I brought my Bird S299 at Robinson Galleria wen i used it a feel so comfortable because it is very easy to handle. But one thing i confused was wat if the battery get damaged....can i buy the other one????and wer......

My Bird s229 do not recognize our togocel network but he(it) posts(shows) not to register(record) for the current demand and I do not manage to use him(it) that have to I make.

All U need to do emmanuel is to set Ur network to automatic not manual that erases the "Not Registered" logo and accept your network whether Vmobile or Glo or MTN

the box says the phone is triband... but the phone says its dual band... how confusing...
where is the WAP and GPRS???

nice but if it had a colored screen,composer option and onboard speaker for the radio it could be the best.it has a good design,weight and also its menu is well detailed.thanx

it is a good mobil and very easy to handle it but i have a problem: when i bougt it, i it the manual of user is lost.I have made many researches on internet without result.No manual of Bird S299.
How can I get it on the net?

One week ago(December 14,2005) i purchased my Bird S299 in Smart Wireless Communication Center @ SM City Mall Davao City, Philippines.I am happy to share my experience to all Bird S299, that the unit is effecient, handy and deserving of being displayed in public. "Hindi naluluma" in english "Quite updated". My suggestion only is if you can make the LCD colored in this model S299 then this mobile phone is already of high end quality. The price here in Davao is very affordable it cost me only Php2,900.00 dollar equevalent is $53.70. The unit Bird S299 is selling like hotcakes. "Merry Christmas!".
