The ipad 2 does not have a 2Ghertz processor!!! ...in fact it only has a 900 Mhertz processor where as the playbook has a dual core 1 Ghertz processor!!...and has flash!! .....so if you want something for browsing the internet and emails, plus being 100% companable with your bussnesses blackberry phones get the playbook!... if you want something that is user friendly For just playing your apps and games around the house get an ipad!....i would also like to pointout that blackberry is super secure everything is encrypted to a rediculous level! Encluding the blue tooth signal, so you dont have to worrie about someone snatching your data out of the air when you link your phone and playbook together!

Yes you can use BBM!!.....the playbook is made to work with blackberrys, it is made for bussnesses that already use blackberrys....you can Sync your blackberry into your playbook and access your email and BBM on your playbooks 7 inch touch screen as long as your blackberry phone and playbook have a blue tooth conection!....if u loose your playbook, as soon as the blue tooth conection is broken your email n bbm is automanicly deleted to protect your emails in case of theft

> In reply to freedom @ 2011-04-13 04:32 from j012 - click to readi find it hard to believe blackberry or rim would leave out their most successful feature when bringing out a device such as this
