Hi. I am using 7130G for 6 months now, and am quite happy with it. There are some shortfalls than other newer models, but considering this to be a business phone, not an issue. Main problem I face is that trackwheel skips the commands, may be due to over use. But are the trackwheels not supposed to be used as the main mode of control. Is there any remedy?

Some more queries:
How can we transfer contacts from phone to sim?
How can we take a backup of contacts onto PC, in case we loose the data?

the connection is failing because the format of the file she is sending you is not compactible to your mobile set.
The first thing you should do is to first send that music to your pc, convert it to the wave format, and then send it from your pc to your bb, am sure it will play

Drawbacks of this model:
1-MP3 Tones cannot be uploaded.
2-Bluetooth sync with other brands not possible. Only BB to BB allowed.
