I bought a BlackBerry 7230 on ebay and had the same problem. Go to this link http://www.starbatteries.com/rimbl72phtow.html and run the program it gives a full Manual of the phone

The BlackBerry 7230 device does have Bluetooth support, for anyone who is considering this device and is looking for a BlackBerry that does have Bluetooth support. This is an excellent device for its age.
