Does any Blackberry phone have a GPS based audio-response mapping system?
Anybody?
hi - is the 8700c fully compatible with apple? tks ol
this phone 8700c is one of the best i have ever used and i used to work in a cell store but i need help finding a cd for the blackberry i lost mine can anyone help me find one
Yes, the Blackberry 8700C has a GPS built into it. You can use a service such as "Telnav" to take advantage of it. I have not tried it yet but it reportedly works well as long as you have a cell signal.
Can someone tell me if the 8700g supports document viewer? (microsoft word)
My gf has one of these and swears by it.
We have always had problems getting the BB and any Nokia phone to talk to one another by Bluetooth though, so if anyone else has done this, input would be gratefully received.
I think its main value lies in the email 'push' technology - I don't particularly like the way it works as a phone, but then as a Nokia fan, anything that's new is inherently evil (only joking).
If you want an email/web client that works as a phone (probably in that order) then it may be for you. My feeling is that it just doesn't work well enough as a phone for me to buy one - the address book is clunky, for example (IMO).
BlackBerry has build in GPS?
hello, do blackberry 8700c support multilanguage french no probleme thank you
I tried this today and the screen is AWESOME!!! Due to its wide screen, this is the only phone worthy of surfing the internet. Only draw back is the lack of expension memory card, and no media players.
enny probleme installing .jar (java) application on blackberry?

it's less encoded than a black berry but a 6682 dose online banking to .
Imate Jamin can. I use it to do all my banking in the USA when I don't have a computer handy.

can anyone tell me if there is an option to use pocket pc compatible software on this phone. I need to download log book from the royal college of surgeons which is compatible with pocket pc and palm.
8700r from rogers.
really user friendly, can synch up contacts, the screen resolution is superior to the 7130e i had prior to the 8700r, receiving email without going through the hassle of setting up the email client and it's FAST with edge and the intel processor.
not bad for a high end phone without all the bling-bling to it.
You can download pocketmac from the blackberry site. It gives you complete sync with blackberry and mac. and its free!
Been thinking about getting this phone. I'ev played around with it, and its ideal for what i am looking for. Though does anyone know about syncing it up with a Mac? As in the cost of the 3rd part software, and what it backs up exactly. its either this, M600 or the P990i
Many smart phones available. Nokia E61 better with blackberry connectivity than this ugly phone.
Great business phone, don’t buy it if you are stupid, you will struggle.
Its really a good and cool cell. When u have bought it then u will feel how smart and eas cell is IT
