Wondering if the internet from the carrier/provider kicks in if the signal strength is stronger than your wifi connection?

I have only just started using a 8820 and I'm having problems connecting to my full Outlook Inbox. I can receive the e-mails that come into my main Inbox but I can't view any e-mails in the Inbox sub-folders. Can anyone help?

I've never owned a BB, Ive always had Sidekicks but have recently thought of getting this phone. Does anyone know if it supports different e-mail accounts (POP3, Gmail, and IMAP4)?

This is a good Blackberry for those who prefer a stylish Blackberry than a Blackberry with a camera .

8830 also provides global roaming on GSM/GPRS at 900/1800 Mhz (i.e. within US one uses CDMA by the provider ; outside US...one can use GSM over the mentioned dual-band frequency)

Hey Ray!!!

8830 is the CDMA version of 8820, which is GSM based

Neither this or the BB 8320 is faster than the other BUT this packs more features than others because of the GPS & WiFi; but you loose the 3.5mm jack.

NOTE: this supports 4GB MicroSD cards that I've seen by varying ppl. However I've yet to see anyone purchase and use an 8GB MicroSD card to work in this 8820/8120/8320 model.
