Guys don't get excited for 8830. Price does not meet its features. Its neither even having a wifi nor a camera. This never support EDGE connectivity. Upto its CDMA connectivity is concerned, do know, its unlocked version works with only Reliance CDMA in India. Phone memory, battery, screen resolution/color, processor speed, everythings completely LOW DEFINATION !!

There is no CDMA Sim card and this phone will work on any network outside USA ONLY if the networks operate on 900/1800 MHZ. This means it will not work on networks operating on 850/1900 MHZ.

Hi. I have recently bought this phone and love it, but I am facing problem using GPRS on this (I have not activated blackberry). I am using Vodafone in India and while browsing I receive an error stating "ur device does not currently have any browser configuration service book entries
pls cont ur serv provider to enable the browser on ur device". While vodafone people say there is no config required. Can someone please help me. Also pls let me know any additional application or browser I can install on this and from where I can obtain these. Thanks
