my balckberry8830 nas refused to turn on for the past two days, it only blinks the boot red light as if it would turn on, but then goes of and the process continues like that. please, advice me on what to do. thanks

i used gsm sim in my blackberry 8830 mobile.but when i asked customer care internet settings they told me dat settings does not support gsm service u should use cdma service.so i bought a tata docomo cdma sim and now im not able to find signals.the sim is activated but its not working in my mobile pls help me if have a solution to this problem.

when i call some one it atomaticaly +19 come in first digit ,so call connect to u.s.

i have a blackberry 8830 which has refused to browse even after subscribing to an internet access, why is this so?

Also at the top corner of the screen" righthand" instead of the network showing G or E whenever i am about to connect to the internet it prefers showing gprs, why is this so too?

actually m planning to give dis 8830 phone to my dad, becaz he is using reliance cdma lg phone from long time. so is it fine, if i am going to buy this from bb store and den put d reliance sim separately? or i have to buy this 8830 with a new cdma connection?
plz answer. really thankful for ur time
