Adding a camera to BB 8830 will not be a good idea as there are a lot of Corporates that do not allow camera phones inside the premises, but the people working there need to be online on their Outlook email all the time. This is a good option for such people and the only reason why i bought this phone. Although i am still striving to be able to use it as easily as my other phones and find the functions a little lengthy and complicated, but i am sure it does not need to be upgraded with a camera. There are numerous Brands and models available in the market for the ones who want camera phones.

I have purchased this device from Naaptol misguided by their advertisement. This is a smarthpone without internet and GPS facility(See their advertisements that appear regularly in the Times of India. Everyone should be careful to purchase anything from Naaptol. Naaptol should be black listed.

i have purchased 8830 world edition from naaptol.com.

the actual price paid Rs:6300 and software updation 400 extra... now my 8830 working with GSM & CDMA.

Handling is too easy... but please confirm how can activate mail account.with airtel prepaid connection

Hi i got this device - verizon blackberry world edition 8830 from naaptol few weeks ago. Have activated my data plan - Aircel. Its showing GPRS in caps but am not able to browse or use my emails and messengers. Am from Chennai. Can someone help me by telling which service provider i shd opt for making this device work ? Also shd i go for gsm or cmda connections . Pls help !!!!
