hi,i did hav de same prob.... let me tel u tat its frm a corrupted file tat ur software has ended up in a catch. nw u connect to de desktop manager n remove de base software and reload de newer version.. its jus a min job n u r bac to wrk. gudluck

Windows mobile is the most versitile but if you not that pc literate do not take the plunge. They are fine to use if you know your way around a PC though.

My one just got thrown against the wall... Final straw. Way to many problems that BB simply couldn't sort. Very, very disappointed. Don't know what to get now, but going to spend a bit more time researching than this time.
