hi guys i m using blackberry from last 6 month and lovin it :)
just facing a lil problem as my track ball stuck some time dont fucntion up and down properly ...
any solution or if some one know how to clean the tracl ball

got my BB bold for 5days now & i noticed that the silver lining is peeling off without any forceful denting nor pressure--so the silver aint silver steel its just plastic dye cast--so poorly made BB

i will sugest not buy any blackberry cell.
it has some problom in trackball.
after some time its not working properly.

Just 3 days back i bought same mobile but trackball is not working properly.its not going down.really its very bad experience with this cell.anybody can help in this?

Apple is really much better--i regret buying BB.

Come on rim release another 3g plus wifi plus 3.2 mp camera resolution i.e. strike 9100,magnum 9220 (that i heard 624 mhz processor),gemini or curve 9300,driftwood..

Hi i just bought the bold and have one problem the battery does not even last me a day . Is everyone facing the same problem ??. I send and recieve around 6 to 7 emails, talk about an hour , about the same time on wifi and lots of messenger . Thats hardly anything for a phone priced so high and built for all this.
Phone is fabulous but its a let down on the battery

Vodafone Blackberry Bold- Poor Quality & Service
I purchased a Blackberry Bold from Vodafone Store in Kolkata, India on 27th October 2008. Within 6 months the steel frame of the facia started rusting. I took it to the Vodafone store and learnt that facia is not covered under warranty. Soon after, the trackball started to stall. I was advised by helpline to re-boot the instrument to restore trackball movement. The phone would hang frequently and had to be re-booted. On 20th of October the trackball stopped moving downwards and re-booting did not work.
On the 24th October 2009, I produced the purchase bills and demanded a new replacement under warranty but was told that Vodafone Store could only register complaints and send the instrument to Bangalore for resolving hardware issues which would take 15 days.
I am shocked that Blackberry sells phones all over India but instrument problems have to be referred only to Bangalore. I demanded a replacement as the instrument was within warranty period, had a history of problems and was defective in many respects. I am yet to get a response.

I'm generally quite happy with the BB Bold 9000 but was quite surprised by the terrible sound quality of the headset. Worse than anything you'd buy in a $2 shop. Tinny sound that can hardly be heard when there's any background noise, like on a train or wherever? Have I got a faulty headset or have other people had the same experience? Any feedback much appreciated..
