Just one tiny quoestion:
Which is the BB with the longest battery life?
I spent my entire day at phone, I receive aprox 40 mails in one day???
Maybe the answer is not BlackBerry, but please tell me a phone where the battery life holds me more than one day!!!
Bought the phone a week ago, I had iphone 3g before. This phone is awesome, and its true what they say. Once you go BLACK(berry) youll never go back.

The battery life has been more than fine for me with charges been made every other day at its worst.
Call quality is much better than my 8820, as is the screen, new menu and the speed of the device. The one problem I have had is with emails which is multiples of my sent items appearing on the phone which eats into my data bundle! I'm sure its something I can fix though.
Been using it for a month now. Great device. Very fast. Disappointingly, battery hardly lasts a day just on emails.
I wonder if RIM will make available a higher capacity battery...
Good news!!! Blackberry BOLD will be available in INDIA on WEDNESDAY 1st OCTOBER and the pricing is confirmed. Its Rs.34000 and AIRTEL is the service provider.
NO contracts. you can purchase the BOLD outright.
The Bold 9000 battery life is very poor. I have to charge the device every night and bring the charger with me to work as well. I cannot send ringtones from another handset to the Bold 9000. Other than that it is a great device.
as iam using blackberry Gold and its casing is very light and its get broken now i wanted to know from where i will order and new caseing
I think the device is perfect with all its features BUT it's hardware is quite vulnerable. I put it on my work desk from a 2 cm distance and the lcd screen is broken. Is this a faulty use? I am really curious about what others think? Any kind of similar experience?
Got my Bold -- it is a great device, but not flawless.
- The track ball does not provide that much feedback or accuracy
- When using the music player, the sound volume will adjust to medium after every track (if anyone knows a fix -- PLEASE)
- Backlight issues - going on and off as it desires
.. But the screen is just something to see! Do not make any prejudgements on the screen from the online reports, you just have to experience it to understand it!! It's absolutelly sureal!!
If anyone knows a good site for Bold apps, please let us know! Thanks!
Sorry...my educated guess should have said 3:2 although 16:9 is more common!
Incidentally it's a pity they did not include an FM radio. Nevertheless this looks like an exciting prospect. I hope the keypad is comfortable and fast!
It would be great if GSM Arena could print the sizes of the screens of phones. In the specs page they have only given us the pixel count. What about the screen diagonal, the length and width of the screen, and last but not least, the image aspect ratio. The latter is never given in the specs and this is a pity especially with all the different types of widescreen that are appearing in the market. For instance the SE X1 sports 16:9 whereas Nokia E90 is 9:4.
I can make an educated guess for the BB Bold, based on the pixel count. It could be 5:3 though 16:9 is more common.
Guessing! Guessing! Guessing!....come on GSM Arena, give us the specs!!
Currently have a Treo 750 on Telstra NEXTG (Aus). Would like to hear comments from people who have gone from this to the BOLD. I to have issues with sound & size. Also would love to loose the Stylist.
