Hello Rim,am using a blackberry bold 9000 and the phone is Just Bad at Keeping power and also its Rebooting and restarting on its own and how come they is no operating system version 6 for this Device..Please acknowledge your customer complaints and fix this..

This is such a CRAPPPYYY phone!!!! I have used a couple of Blackberrys before, but this particular model has been my worst ever! Poor battery life, then there is the problem that is common with this model type--the 3 red flashy lights.....meaning phone is dead!

- Get your self little alcohol swaps (the once doctors use to desinfect your skin before an injection and available at any pharmacy)

- Get your self a plastic straw (used for drinking)

- Put the alcohol swap on top of the trackball and press the straw around the trackball.

- Use the straw to move the trackball, covered with the swap in all directions.

Voila! Trackball as good as new!

It has only 128 mb which is almost occupied by the operating system and other core application of the BB. It will leaves you 20 to 30 free memory and it is also being consumed by using applicaton, messages, games, etc. I always experience getting 0 mb which will let you phone hanging thereby you need to reboot the phone to get the memory back again.
