i have a blackberry bold on my screen is a page that i cannot get past,its a page from( rim software,)it will not move to let me see or get to see or do anything,can you explain how to get rid,

have been using this BlackBerry 9650 for 1 year..now refresh with the newest OS 6.0.0.719 combined with Hybrid DMT SSGG..believe it or not, the standart battery last in 18 hours!! beautiful..now I can more enjoying my Essex..for the best result of using this BB :
1. refresh your OS with the newest one.. (6.0.0.719 Verizon Wireless).
2. Shrink or hybrid it by your needs..
3. use only the original battery and charger..except you can guarantee that the hi-cap battery is really really high capasity inside..
