I personally like the trackball they have with the bold and curve (8900)..but i am interested to see how the new touch pad will operate..none the less i will still consider to purchase the new bold!!!
Thinking of getting this one, which will be my first Blackberry if true. Anw, is there any document editor pre-installed in this device which can create (not only edit) office document files?
Because last time played with my friends 8900, and i think the DocToGo software asked for a license or something to upgrade into the full version. Newbie to BB here so kindly correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks.

looks like a great substitute for my curve 8700 which is giving me 'trackball' grief. The 8520 looks nice but no GPS, shame.

The onboard memory remains the same as the 9000, which is 1gb of storage. The RAM is double from the 9000 and is now 256mb. The 9000 has 128mb of RAM.
So let's get this clear guys, RAM and onboard memory are different. RAM = 256MB, INTERNAL MEMORY = 1GB.
