I can'nt use pdf reader and excel in my bb bold 9780

1. Pull out the battery from the device and wait for a while around 10 seconds should do.

2. Now put back the battery and it should be resetted. Replace the battery.

If you are lazy and don't want to remove the battery you can also try a soft reset first.

Here's how to do a soft reset.

Press alt+shift+del all the same time.

Another way is to do it via the menu

1. Select Options.

2. Select Security Options.

3. Choose General Settings.

4. Then tap on Menu key.

5. Select Wipe Handheld.

Hi there I have a problem with my phone and I can't solve it the problem is that the facebook app and whatsapp and other apps are not working ! They only work if I remove the battery and restart the phone they work normally untill I'm disconnected from the wi-fi and when I reconnet to a wi-fi network they won't work any more ! So I have to remove the battery restart the phone ........... Pls help me

torch2 is a OS7 device where as bold3 is a os6 device

with heavy usage Torch2 lasts for upto 1 whole day where as bold 3 lasts for upto 1 and half day

but torch2 beats bold3 in many other specs such as screen/ram/rom/CPU/ + its a touch and qwerty phone

so i'd say go for Torch2

bold 2 has 256 mb ram where bold 3 has 512 mb ram and camera is 3.15 mp in bold 2 where bold 3 has 5 mp

My battery indicator shows 71%, then when I play the internet, the phone suddenly shut down...should I change the battery because I use this phone about 1 and half years.. please help answer my question. Thank you.

I can only input about 24 characters in the field in address 1. Won't be able to see the rest of the characters during input but would be able to see all after save. down grade the os but wharsapp would not be able to function.
