If you are having problems with this phone, simply upgrade the OS from 7.0 to the latest version of 7.1 and all the problems would be fixed. Battery will last longer, no lagging or freezing and all other issues. Awesome phone this is!

i recently bought my third BB 9900. it's by far the best handheld i've ever had. It's solid & fast with physical keyboard,.. unfortunately we all know this phone is EOL so I'm glad I was able to buy one of the latest 9900 ever produced cause to my opinion, this mobile was the last crusader of its kind..
BlackBerry, thanks for making this happen! Fingers crossed for OS10!

I have a Blackberry 8520 the 9810 took a 9810 for the larger screen as it would be easier to read long emails and pdf documents and I wouldn't have to touch the screen too many times for scrolling but, what I realized this the 9810 has really small qwerty key buttons which becomes really difficult to type long emails quickly you tend to make way too many mistakes but, once you get used to it there's nothing like it. On the contrary I feel I should have gone for the BB9900 because of the largest qwerty keypad in its class except for Q10.
Typing on the BB9900 is much like a breeze unlike than that on a 9810, the 9810 offer additional 20mins extra talk time when compared to the 9900 I would still suggest people to buy the Blackberry 9900.
